Structure: production building in precast technology; office building executed entirely in reinforced concrete. Façade: sandwich panels on the industrial section; lightweight-wet technology on the office section. Roof: production hall: trusses, trapezoidal sheet, insulation, membrane; office section: classic flat roof, insulation, membrane. Interiors: industrial, raw finishes, exposed installations, concrete on ceilings. Heating: blown-air technology. Floors: stoneware tiles and carpet in selected areas.
