Comprehensive construction of a multi-functional sports facility with an underground floor on the site of the former academic swimming pool. The scope of work of the MBT Modern Building Team includes the development of full design documentation, demolition of the existing building and construction of a modern sports hall (over 1,170 m²) connected to the SWFiS building by a glass connector, along with the modernization of cloakroom and sanitary facilities. The hall covering structure was designed using the technology of glued wood girders with an acoustic system made of perforated sheet metal and a photovoltaic installation. The facility houses 2 tournament padel courts, a badminton zone (5 courts) and a table tennis zone (8 tables), a 4-row telescopic tribune and an underground garage for 41 cars with a heated exit ramp. The building is equipped with silent water radiators and automation fully integrated with the investor's local BMS system.
