As the General Contractor, we are delivering a modern facility for BTS Development Park. Ultimately, the entire complex will offer 10,000 m² of advanced business space, intended for production, warehousing and logistics operations. The investment has been designed with maximum flexibility in mind. The space can be divided into 4 independent modules with areas ranging from 850 m² to 3,330 m². Such a solution enables precise tailoring of the functional layout to the individual operational needs of future tenants. Currently, our work on the construction site focuses on the efficient delivery of the first of the halls. In line with MBT's standards, we place maximum emphasis on the precise execution of every technical detail and strict adherence to the assumed investment schedule.
