Total volume of the new building: 28 342 m³. Two-storey office building with a separate warehouse level and a storage mezzanine above the production section, as well as office and welfare space on the first floor. Site development around the new building. Structure: "mixed" foundation (direct and, in part, indirect); "mixed" load-bearing structure (precast reinforced concrete columns, masonry elements and steel roof structure); "mixed" envelope (traditional masonry cladding with sandwich panels, glass façade in the office section); roof covered with stone wool panels and PVC membrane.
