Construction

• Mixed construction: reinforced concrete columns and floors, steel roof structure, exterior walls as masonry infill and sandwich panels, monolithic and prefabricated ceilings

• In the hall, a sandwich panel system, while in the office building, a sandwich panel system and, as a representative part of the building, the use of large glazing and composite panels

• PVC roof membrane

External and internal networks and installations

• For the purpose of the implemented project:
  ○ Plumbing, gas, electrical networks
  ○ Sanitary and rainwater sewer system
  ○ Construction of a retention tank
