  • load-bearing structure of the object “mixed” (prefabricated reinforced concrete columns, masonry elements and steel roof structure)
  • mixed” cladding of the building (traditional masonry cladding with sandwich panels, glass facade in the office part)
  • roof covering with rock wool panels and PVC membrane
