Get to know us better

Working with investors and business partners, we have noticed that many companies are struggling to manage construction projects comprehensively. On the one hand, they lack specialists with comprehensive experience, and on the other hand, construction companies present on the market often do not understand the specific needs of investors.

To respond to these challenges, we created MBT – a company that focuses on a deep understanding of clients’ needs. MBT’s founders, Jacek Lewandowski and Tomasz Kalisz, assembled a team of Project Managers, Managers, Engineers and Designers, knowing that people are the strength of the company.

I am an engineer by training and a leader with 15 years of experience in challenging construction projects in Poland and abroad, specializing in infrastructure and industrial construction. In 2018, together with Jack, I founded MBT Modern Building Team – a company focused on providing reliable solutions in the most complex projects. Relationships based on honesty and transparency are for me the foundation of successful cooperation with investors and the team.
